RECONVEYANCE OF CONSTRUCTION DEED OF TRUST
<br />The undersigned, as Trustee under that certain Deed of Trust executed by Michael S. Tagart and
<br />Janel M. Tagart, husband and wife, as Trustor, for the benefit of WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL
<br />ASSOCIATION, as Beneficiary, dated as of August 13, 2003, and recorded on August 20, 2003, as
<br />Instrument No. 0200311018, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, does
<br />hereby quitclaim and reconvey unto the person or persons legally entitled thereto, without any warranty,
<br />all of the right, title and interest now held by said Trustee in and to the real property described in said
<br />Deed of Trust and incorporated herein by this reference. This Reconveyance is executed at the request
<br />of the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust.
<br />Legal Description of Property: Lot Three (3), except the Easterly One Hundred Sixty -Five (165) feet
<br />thereof, Scheel's Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said Trustee has caused this Reconveyance to be executed as of April
<br />23, 2004.
