<br />ZAMARRIPA- CORRAL AND ANGELA M ZAMARRIPA, HUSBAND AND WIFE as Trustor to Commercial
<br />Federal Bank, a FSB as Trustee_ for the benefit of Nebraska Investment Finance Authority the beneficiary
<br />named therein, dated JUNE 20, 1997, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in HALL County,
<br />Nebraska, in Book Page or Instrument Number 97- 104926 and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of
<br />Trust was assigned to NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY (formerly known as Nebraska
