<br /> Whereas,all of the mdebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by MURRAY DEAN
<br /> WELLS AND ANN M WELLS,HLJSBAND AND WIFE to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the
<br /> benefit af HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br /> NEBRASKA,the beneficiary named therein,dated 7/17/98 10/30/98 and recorded 8/5/98
<br /> 1/4/99 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,Nebraska, as Instrument Number
<br /> 98-107618 99-100012 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this
<br /> Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
