> 99 109557 ORDINANCE NO. 417 An Ordinance of the City of Wood River, Nebraska, creating Sanitary Sewer Improvement District 98-1; defining the same and the limits thereof; providing for the extension of the municipal sanitary sewer service to lots within said District; providing for plans, specifications, estimates of cost, and securing of bids; providing for plans setting forth the size and kind of sewer mains proposed to be constructed in such District and the location and terminal points thereof; providing for the issuance of District Improvement Warrants and District Improvement Bonds, if necessary, and for the levy of special assessments to pay for said improvements; providing for the repealing of all ordinances in conflict herewith; to compel all proper connections of the improvements by occupied properties in such District and providing for the time when this Ordinance shall take effect. BE IT ORDAINED BY TIiE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WOOD RIVER, NEBRASKA: Section 1. Sanitary Sewer Improvement District 98-1 is hereby created pursuant to § 19-2402, R.R. S. Neb. (Reissue 1997 ) . Section 2. Sanitary Sewer Improvement District 98-1 shall include and encompass the following described lats in Thelen Subdivision to the City of Wood River, Nebraska, and the limits, boundaries and extensions of sanitary sewer shall be completed in the defined and established area as follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of Lot Six ( 6 ) , Block One ( 1) , East North Lawn Addition, thence Westerly along the South right-of-way line of the old Green Street a distance of 324. 07 feet to a point intersected by extending the East line of Lot Seventeen ( 17 ) , Thelen Subdivision First Addition South to the South right-of-way line of the old Green Street; thence Northerly to the Southeast corner of Lot Seventeen ( 17) , Thelen Subdivision First Addition; thence Westerly along the North right-of-way line of the old Green Street to the Southwest corner of Lot Thirty-Seven (37) , Thelen Subdivision First Addition; thence Northerly along the East right-of-way line of Highway #11 to the North right-of-way line of the new Green Street; thence Easterly along the North right-of-way line of the new Green Street to the Southwest corner of Lot One ( 1) , Thelen Subdivision First Addition; thence Northerly along the West line of Lot One ( 1) , Thelen Subdivision First Addition to the Northwest corner of Lot One ( 1) , Thelen Subdivision First Addition; thence Easterly along the North line of said Lot One ( 1) extended to a point on the East right-of-way line of Dodd Street; thence Northerly a distance of 12 . 94 feet to the Northwest corner of Lot Two (2 ) , Thelen Subdivision First Addition; thence Easterly to the Northeast corner of Lot Eight (8 ) , Thelen Subdivision First Addition; : i
