� r 99 id9554 ORDINANCE NO. 414 � An Ordinance of the City of Wood River, Nebraska, creating Water Improvement District 98-1; defining the same and the limits thereof; providing for the extension of the municipal water service lines to lots within said District; providing for plans, specifications, estimates of cost, anc� securing of bids; providing for plans setting forth the size and kind of water mains proposed to be constructed in such District and the location and terminal points thereof; providing for the issuance of District Improvement Warrants and District Improvement Bonds, if necessary, and for the levy of special assessments to pay for said improvements; providing for the repealing of all Ordinances in conflict herewith; to compel all proper connections of the improvements by occupied properties in such District and providing for the time when this Ordinance � shall take effect. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WOOD RIVER, NEBRASKA: Section 1. Water Improvement District 98-1 of the City of Wood River, Nebraska, is hereby created pursuant to § 19-2402, R.R. S. Neb. (Reissue 1997 ) . Section 2. Water Improvement District 98-1 shall include and encompass the following described lots in Thelen Subdivision to the City of Wood River, Nebraska, and the limits, boundaries and extensions of water mains shall be completed in the defined and established area as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of Lot Three (3 ) , Thelen Subdivision First Addition; said point also being the point of beginning; thence continuing Easterly to the Northeast corner of Lot Eight (8 ) , Thelen Subdivision First Addition; thence Southerly to the Southeast corner of Lot Eight (8) , Thelen Subdivision First Addition; thence Westerly along the South line of Lot Eight (8 ) , Thelen Subdivision First Addition to a point intercepted by extending the East line of Lot Twenty- Four (24) , Thelen Subdivision First Addition to the South line of Lot Eight (8 ) , Thelen Subdivision First Addition; thence Southerly along the East line of Lot Twenty-Four (24) , Thelen Subdivision First Addition extended to the North line of Lot Five (5) , Block One ( 1) , Overland Trails Oasis Addition; thence Westerly to a point intercepted by extending the West line of Lot Thirty-One ( 31) , Thelen Subdivision to the North line of Lot Five (5 ) , Block Two (2 ) , West North Lawn 2nd Addition; thence Northerly along the West line of Lot Thirty- One (31) , Thelen Subdivision First Addition extended to the South line of Lot Three (3 ) , Thelen Subdivision First Addition; thence Westerly to the Southwest corner of Lot Three (3 ) , Thelen Subdivision First Addition; thence Northerly along the West line of said Lot Three (3) to the Northwest corner of .
