` 99� 109552 ORDINANCE NO. 410 An Ordinance of the City of Wood River, Nebraska, creating Street Improvement District 98-2; defining the same and the limits thereof; providing for the grading and graveling of certain streets within the city and such other work as is necessary and incidental thereto; providing for plans, specifications, estimates of cost and securing of bids; providing for the payment of such work and other expenses incidental thereto; providing for the assessment for the costs of said improvements against the property in said district specially benefitted thereby in proportion to said benefits; providing for the issuance of district improvement warrants and district and intersection improvement bonds, if necessary, and for the levy of special assessments to pay for said improvements; providing for repealing of all Ordinances in conflict herewith; and providing the time when this Ordinance shall take e�fect. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WOOD RIVER, NEBRASKA: Section 1. Street Improvement District No. 98-2 is hereby created pursuant to � 17-509, et. seq. , R.R. S. Neb. (Reissue 1997 ) . Section 2 . Said Street Improvement District above described shall include and encompass the designated portion of the following streets in the City of Wood River, Nebraska, and the limits, boundaries and improvements of said district are defined and established as follows: A. The streets to be improved by the grading and graveling and incidental work connected therewith are: ( 1) Green Street from the West line of Marshall Street West to the East line of Highway 11; (2 ) Dodd Street from the North boundary of Thelen Subdivision First Addition, to the City of Wood River, South to the South boundary of Thelen Subdivision First Addition, to the City of Wood River. B. The property abutting and to be included in the district is within the following described boundaries: Commencing at the Northeast corner of Lot Three ( 3 ) , Thelen Subdivision First Addition, said point also being the point of beginning; thence Southerly along the East line of Lot Three ( 3) and Lot Thirty-One (31) to the Southeast corner of Lot Thirty-One (31) , Thelen Subdivision First Addition; continuing Southerly to the North line of the West North Lawn 2nd Addition; thence Westerly to the Northwest corner of Lot Four (4) , Block Three (3 ) , West North Lawn 2nd Addition; thence Northerly along the East right-of-way line of Highway #11 to the North right-of-way line of the new Green Street; thence Easterly to the Southwest corner of Lot One ( 1) , Thelen Subdivision First Addition; r I
