<br />NOTICE OF DEFAULT
<br />The undersigned, being the Trustee under a Trust Deed filed for record on March
<br />20, 2001, as Document No. 0200102214 in the Register of Deeds office of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, executed by Jose Urbina and Tonya Urbina, husband and wife, as Trustor, in
<br />which Grand Island Area Habitat for Humanity, Inc., a Nebraska Corporation, is named
<br />as Beneficiary and Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, is named as Trustee; and the
<br />beneficiary, hereby gives notice that a breach of an obligation for which nature of such
<br />breach is the Trustor's failure to make debt payments as they became due. You are
<br />hereby notified that because of such default the indebtedness secured by said Trust
<br />Deed is accelerated as of April 23, 2004; be notified that because of such default the
<br />undersigned has elected to sell or cause to be sold the trust property to satisfy the
<br />obligations under the Trust Deed; the trust property affected is as follows:
<br />Lot 1, Block 18, Lambert's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
