<br />I, Thomas L. Krueger, being first duly sworn, upon oath deposes and says as follows, to wit:
<br />1. On this date, he is a Registered Land Surveyor in the State of Nebraska, and is now Branch
<br />Manager of JEO Consulting Group, Inc., Engineers and Surveyors, Hastings, Nebraska.
<br />2. Affiant further states that on January 4, 2004, he completed a survey of "RAINFORTH ACRES
<br />SUBDIVISION ", in Hall County, Nebraska, a plat thereof being on record at the Register of
<br />Deeds Office located in the Hall County Administration Building.
<br />3. Affiant further states that he has this date re- examined the plat of "RAINFORT'H ACRES
<br />SUBDIVISION ", and has discovered as error on Sheet 1 of 1, in the drawing portion on the plat
<br />pertaining to the south line of the property and the north line of the property.
<br />4. Affiant further states that the plat shall now read 204.67'M on the south line of the subdivision
<br />and 786.18'M on the north line of the subdivision, in lieu of 211.67'M on the south line of the
<br />subdivision and 793.18'M on the north line of the subdivision, being erroneous, null and void.
