<br /> WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by, JOSE
<br /> VALENTIN ESQUIVEL and JENNIFER L. ESQUIVEL, Wife and Husband, to AREND R.
<br /> BAACK, Attorney at Law, Trustee, for the benefit of ROLIN D. KREUCHI and NANCY M.
<br /> KREUCHI, Husband and Wife,the Beneficiaries named therein, dated and recorded as
<br /> Instrument No. 0099107976 August 6, 1999, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br /> County,Nebraska, has been paid, and said Beneficiaries have requested in writing that this Deed
<br /> of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of
<br /> the Beneficiaries named therein,the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant,
<br /> remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate
<br /> derived to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following-described premises, but
<br /> only as to such premises:

<br /> Section Twenty-Four(24), Township Eleven(11)North, Range Ten (10), West of
<br /> the 6th P.M., Hall County,Nebraska, described as follows: Beginning at the
<br /> Northeast Corner of the Southwest Quarter(SW1/4) of said Section Twenty-Four
<br /> (24), Township Eleven(11)North, Range Ten(10) West, running thence South •
<br /> on the Easterly line of said Quarter Section a distance of Ninety (90) feet, thence
<br /> due West parallel to the North line of said Quarter Section, a distance of one
<br /> hundred sixty-three (163) feet, thence due North parallel to the East line of said
<br /> Quarter Section a distance of ninety (90) feet to the North line of said Quarter
<br /> Section, thence due East on the North line of said Quarter Section a distance of
<br /> one hundred sixty-three (163) feet to the Northeast corner of said Southwest
<br /> Quarter which is the place of beginning;
<br /> together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
