<br />THIS DEED is dated and executed this Z- day of
<br />L , 2004, by Ronald S. Depue, Trustee, and is with
<br />reference to Deed of Trust wherein Mehring Development Company,
<br />d /b /a Competitive Mortgage, is Beneficiary, and Esmeralda G.
<br />Rivera, a single person, and Miguel Bautista Chavez, a single \
<br />person are Trustor and Ronald S. Depue is Trustee; \
<br />WHEREAS, Trustors, for valuable consideration and in order to
<br />secure to Beneficiary the payment of valuable consideration, did
<br />execute a Deed of Trust, which was filed on July 17, 2003, and
<br />identified as Document No. 0200309158, conveying to Trustee,
<br />Trustee's successors or assigns, a certain parcel of real estate
<br />described in said Deed as follows, to -wit:
<br />Lot Fifty -seven (57), Argo Fourth Subdivision, in the Village
<br />of Alda, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />and the said sum of money has been fully paid to Beneficiary, and
<br />Beneficiary has requested that the estate conveyed by the said Deed
<br />of Trust to Trustee in the said property hereinbefore mentioned and
<br />described be now released to said Trustors.
<br />THEREFORE, the undersigned Trustee does hereby release, convey
<br />and quitclaim unto said Trustors all right, title, interest, claim
<br />and demand whatsoever which Trustee had acquired in and through the
<br />above - described Deed of Trust, together with all a purtenances and
<br />privileges thereunto belonging or app�taining�
