<br />The Nebraska Economic Development Corporation ( NEDCO), a corporation
<br />organized and existing under the laws of the State of Nebraska, with its principal office
<br />at 1610 South 701h Street, Suite 201, City of Lincoln, County of Lancaster, State of
<br />Nebraska, for valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby
<br />releases the property situated in the County of Lancaster, State of Nebraska, described
<br />as follows:
<br />Lot 1, except the East 260 feet thereof, American Legion Addition,
<br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />and
<br />Lot 2, in American Legion Addition, City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, excepting a certain tract more particularly described in Warranty
<br />Deed recorded as Document No. 96- 107864.
<br />from an Assignment of Lease given on that property on or about February 5, 1997,
<br />executed by Ricardo Appel and Tonya R. Appel, husband and wife, as Lessor, and
<br />Grand Island Twisters, Inc., as Lessee, to the Nebraska Economic Development
<br />Corporation, a Notice of said Assignment of Lease and Agreement being recorded on
<br />February 7, 1997, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, at
<br />Instrument No. 97- 100901, said Assignment of Lease given as security for the
<br />payment of a note executed, by Ricardo Appel and Tonya R. Appel., Lessor, to the
<br />Nebraska Economic Development Corporation. Additionally, in consideration of such
<br />payment, NEDCO hereby remises, releases, and forever quitclaims to Lessor and
<br />Lessee and to their successors and assigns of Lessor and Lessee, the above -
<br />described property, together with all tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances
<br />thereto belonging.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, such corporation has caused this release to be
<br />executed by its Program Manager who is duly authorized by resolution of its Board of
<br />Direc_grs, and has caused ' corporate seal to be affixed hereto on the
