DRU A. DUERING and PAMELA J. DUERING, Husband and Wife,
<br />Beneficiaries in a certain Deed of Trust recorded in the Office of
<br />the Hall County Register of Deeds as Instrument No. 94- 107290,
<br />regarding the following described property:
<br />Lot One (1), in Block Ten (10), Baker's Addition to the City
<br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />do hereby transfer, convey and assign their beneficial interest in
<br />said Deed of Trust to FIVE POINTS BANK, of Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br />as collateral for a loan to be made to DRU A. DUERING. DOUGLAS C.
<br />LUTH and SHERRI L. LUTH, Husband and Wife, the other named
<br />Beneficiaries in said Deed of Trust, do hereby acknowledge notice
<br />of said Assignment and consent to the same. All of the parties
<br />hereto consent and agree that 50% of the beneficial interest under
<br />said Deed of Trust was owned by DRU A. DUERING and PAMELA J.
<br />DUERING, Husband and Wife, and 50% was owned by DOUGLAS C. LUTH and
<br />SHERRI L. LUTH, Husband and Wife, and that the assignment of the
<br />beneficial interest of Assignors, DUERING, herein is an intended
<br />assignment of 50% or one -half (1/2) of the beneficial interest in
<br />3ud Deed of Trust as well as one -half (1/2) of the entire
<br />principal balance of the Promissory Note secured by the Deed of
<br />Trust.

<br />Beneficiaries have caused this Assignment and Consent to Assignment
