<br /> as Beneficiary under the Construction Security Agreement and Trust Deed with Future Advances executed by and
<br /> between Breslin Grand Island Associates, a Nebraska general partnerslup, as Trustor to National Bank of
<br /> Commerce Trust and Savings Association, Trustee for the benefit of Beneficiary, dated as of November 30, 1994,
<br /> and recorded December 12, 1994 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument
<br /> No. 94-109854 has requested in writing that this Deed of Partial Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
