<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE OF A PORTION
<br />OF PROPERTY COVERED BY DEED OF TRUST
<br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated October 21, 1998, executed by Cooney Properties, Inc., as
<br />Trustor, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is named as Beneficiary, and as Trustee,
<br />which Deed of Trust was recorded as Document #98- 110517 in the Register of Deeds Office of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, on the 28th day of October, 1998.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Trust Deeds, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held -by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to -wit:
<br />LOT SIX (6), IN BLOCK FORTY -THREE (43), OF RUSSEL WHEELER'S ADDITION
<br />TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated October 21, 1998, recorded as
<br />Document #98- 110517 in the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, shall remain in full force and
<br />effect as to all real estate not herein reconveyed.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Grand
<br />Island, New b th day of April, 2004.
