DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed
<br />by Craig A. Harrenstein and Kimberly A. Harrenstein, as TRUSTOR, to Duane A. Burns,
<br />as TRUSTEE, for the benefit of M. John Bailey, as BENEFICIARY, dated 5/7/2001 and
<br />recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall COUNTY, Nebraska, in
<br />Instrument #200104215, has been paid, and said M. John Bailey, BENEFICIARY has
<br />requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered, as
<br />confirmed by its endorsement below:
