The marriage of the petitioner and respondent is <br /> irretrievably broken; and every reasonable effort to effect a <br /> reconciliation has been made. <br /> 6 . The parties were married on August 28, 1989 in Grand <br /> Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and there were no children born of <br /> this marriage. � <br /> 7 . The parties have �acquired certain property and have <br /> incurred debts durin_�: the marriage and said property and debts <br /> should be allocated between the-parties. <br /> IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED: <br /> 1 .
