RRS 76-1901 et seq. ROBERT L. SIEMERS AND BETTY J. SIEMERS, husband and wife, the undersigned trustors in the attached Deed of Trust hereby acknowledge: l. That we understand that we have the right to make a designation of a Redemptive Homestead in the Deed of Trust in accordance with the provisions of the Nebraska Farm Homestead Act: 2. That we further understand that the execution of this Waiver of Redemptive Homestead constitutes a waiver of rights otherwise available to us for the purpose of affording the opportunity to retain a homestead in the event of a default upon the Deed of Trust; and 3. That we hereby waive the rights available to us to designate a redemptive homestead in accordance with the Nebraska Farm Homestead Protection Act, and hereby waive the rights we may otherwise have available to us for the purpose of affording an opportunity to retain a homestead in the event of a default upon the Deed of Trust. r � Robert L. iemers Betty J.
