<br /> This Agreement is made and entered into this � day of � , 1999, by and between Nebraska Public Power '
<br /> District, a public corporation and political subdivision oi tne Stat of Nebraska, and the undersigned grantor(s), being the original Q
<br /> grantor(s) or the successor(s) in interest to the original grantor(s) of an electric transmission line right-of-way easement granted to
<br /> Central Nebraska Public Power and Irrigation District, its successors and assigns, which easement is on file and recorded in
<br /> Miscellaneous Book U, Page 557 in the Office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County Courthouse, Grand Island, Nebraska.
<br /> Whereas, in the maintenance and operation of the existing electric transmission line over and along said right-of-way easement
<br /> Nebraska Public Power District desires to remove the existing three-pole structure and six anchors and place a five-pole structure
<br /> and ten anchors with cattle guy guards the existing electric ansmission line on said right-of-way easement;

<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of$ � , receipt of�hich is hereby acknowledged, and the further payment
<br /> of a sum to make total payment of$ �jno for the remo�al of the existing three-pole structure and six anchors
<br /> and placement of a five-pole structure and ten anchors with cattle guy guards pursuant to the grant hereof, the undersigned
<br /> grantor(s) hereby grant(s) and convey(s) unto Nebraska Public Power District, its successors and assigns, the permanent right, title,
<br /> and interest to place a five-pole structure and ten anchors with cattle guy guards in the existing electric transmission line on said
<br /> right-of-way easement across the following described property:
<br /> The North Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 1, Township 10 North, Range 12 West of the 6`h P.M.,
<br /> Hall County, Nebraska.
<br /> subject to the same terms, conditions, and obligations set forth in said original right-of-way easement unless otherwise expressly
<br /> provided herein.
<br /> Remove the existing three-pole structure and six anchors located approximately 1,365 feet east of the west line of said
<br /> North Half of the Northwest Quarter. Place a five-pole structure and ten anchors with cattle guy guards approximately
<br /> 1,3'�'v ieet east of the west line of said i]ort� Hali of ti e iJorthw;,st Quarier on the centerline af the e;cisting elect:ic
<br /> transmission line. Place one anchor with a cattle guy guard 40 feet east and one anchor with a cattle guy guard 40 feet west
<br /> of each of the poles of said five-pole structure.
<br /> The District agrees to pay the Grantor or Lessee, as their interests may appear, for any damage to personal property, fences,
<br /> livestock, and to growing crops caused by the survey, construction, operation, maintenance, inspection, repair, removal, alteration,
<br /> relocation, reconstruction, and construction of said line. Final payment shall be made on or before 60 days after completion of the
<br /> construction stated herein.
