TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by:
<br />JOSEPH V DEMBOWSKI AND CONNIE J DEMBOWSKI, HUSBAND AND WIFE
<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated
<br />MAY 2, 1994 and recorded MAY 11, 1994 in the Office of the HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF
<br />DEED'S OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, as DOCUMENT #94- 103925 has been paid,
<br />and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered; AND A DEED OF TRUST MODIFICATION AGREEMENT DATED AUGUST 11, 1999
<br />AND RECORDED AUGUST 18, 1999 AS DOC # 0099108309; AND A DEED OF TRUST
<br />MODIFICATION AGREEMENT ALSO DATED AUGUST 11, 1999 AND RECORDED AUGUST
<br />18, 1999 AS DOC # 0099108310;
<br />THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the beneficiary
<br />named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey
<br />to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through
<br />said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:
<br />LOT FIV✓ (5), AND THE SOUTHERLY ONE HALF (S ' /z) OF LOT THREE (3), IN BLOCK SIX
<br />(6), IN UNIVERSITY PLACE, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL
<br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
