Know All Men By These Presents, That, Whereas, David R. Brown and Joan M. Brown, husband and wife, of the County of Hall, in the State of Nebraska, by Deed of Trust dated the 18th day of March, 2002, and duly recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of the County of Hall, in the State of Nebraska, on the 25th day of March, 2002, as Document No. 0200203199 of the records in said office conveyed to Bruce I. Smith, as Trustee, certain property in trust to secure the payment of the indebtedness mentioned therein; And, Whereas, said indebtedness has been partially paid and the purposes of said trust have been partially satisfied. Now, Therefore, at the request of the legal holder of the indebtedness secured by said Deed of Trust, and in consideration of the premises, and in further consideration of the sum of One Dollar to me in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, I, as the Trustee, do hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto the present owner or owners of said real estate and unto the heirs, successors and assigns of said owner or owners forever, all the right, title and interest which I, as such Trustee, have in and to only the following portion of the property, set forth and described in the aforesaid Deed of Trust to wit: The Northeast Quarter of Section Thirty -six, in Township Eleven North, Range Twelve West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, in Hall County, Nebraska, EXCEPTING a certain tract therefrom as recorded in Quit Claim Deed in Book 79, Page 608 in the Register of Deeds Office; AND EXCEPTING a certain tract therefrom as recorded in Warranty Deed in Book 119, Page 147, in the Register of Deeds Office; AND ALSO EXCEPTING a certain tract therefrom as recorded in Quit Claim Deed in Book 150, Page 403 in the Register of Deeds Office To Rave And To Hold The Same, Together ..lth 2.11 and 34 nguiaL t-le privilc:cjes aiid appurtenances thereunto belonging forever. And further, that, as to the above described property only, the said Trust Deed is to be considered as fully and absolutely released, cancelled and forever discharged.
