Know All Men By These Presents, That, Whereas, David R. Brown and Joan M. Brown, <br />husband and wife, of the County of Hall, in the State of Nebraska, by Deed of Trust <br />dated the 18th day of March, 2002, and duly recorded in the office of the Register <br />of Deeds of the County of Hall, in the State of Nebraska, on the 25th day of March, <br />2002, as Document No. 0200203199 of the records in said office conveyed to Bruce I. <br />Smith, as Trustee, certain property in trust to secure the payment of the <br />indebtedness mentioned therein; <br />And, Whereas, said indebtedness has been partially paid and the purposes of said <br />trust have been partially satisfied. <br />Now, Therefore, at the request of the legal holder of the indebtedness secured by <br />said Deed of Trust, and in consideration of the premises, and in further <br />consideration of the sum of One Dollar to me in hand paid, the receipt whereof is <br />hereby acknowledged, I, as the Trustee, do hereby remise, release and quitclaim <br />unto the present owner or owners of said real estate and unto the heirs, successors <br />and assigns of said owner or owners forever, all the right, title and interest <br />which I, as such Trustee, have in and to only the following portion of the <br />property, set forth and described in the aforesaid Deed of Trust to wit: <br />The Northeast Quarter of Section Thirty -six, in Township Eleven North, Range <br />Twelve West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, in Hall County, Nebraska, <br />EXCEPTING a certain tract therefrom as recorded in Quit Claim Deed in Book <br />79, Page 608 in the Register of Deeds Office; AND EXCEPTING a certain tract <br />therefrom as recorded in Warranty Deed in Book 119, Page 147, in the Register <br />of Deeds Office; AND ALSO EXCEPTING a certain tract therefrom as recorded in <br />Quit Claim Deed in Book 150, Page 403 in the Register of Deeds Office <br />To Rave And To Hold The Same, Together ..lth 2.11 and 34 nguiaL t-le privilc:cjes aiid <br />appurtenances thereunto belonging forever.
