<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY TRESE PRESENTS:
<br /> d�WHEREAS, a�l of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by `
<br /> MCCLOUD SUPER 8 MOTEL, INC., Trustor to AREND BAACK, Trustee, for the � `�
<br /> benefit of THE OVERLAND NATIONAL BANK OF GRAND �SLAND, the
<br /> beneficiary named therein, dated December 30, 1986, and recorded January 5, 1987, As
<br /> Document No. 87-100036; an Acknowledgement dated December 30, 1986, and recorded
<br /> January 5, 1987, As Document No. 87-100035; and a Modification Agreement dated
<br /> November 18, 1991, and recorded December 2, 1991, As Document No. 91-108048; all
<br /> in the Office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, has been paid, and said
<br /> beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br /> delivered;
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the
<br /> request of the beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these
<br /> presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all
<br /> the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed,
<br /> Acknowledgement and Modification Agreement in the following described premises, but
<br /> only as to such premises;
<br /> See Addendum "A"
<br /> together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br /> premises.
