200403867 PARTIAL RECONVEYANCE OF TRUST DEED (Nebraska) Know All Men By These Presents, That, Whereas, David N. Ogden and Julie A. Ogden, husband and wife of the County of Hall, in the State of Nebraska, by Deed of Trust dated the 20th day of February, 2001, and duly recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of the County of Hall, in the State of Nebraska, on the 26th day of February, 2001, as Document No.0200101414 of the records in said office conveyed to Bruce I. Smith, as Trustee, certain property in trust to secure the payment of the indebtedness mentioned therein; And, Whereas, said indebtedness has been partially paid and the purposes of said tr -st have been partially satisfied. Now, Therefore, at the request of the legal holder of the indebtedness secured by said Deed of Trust, and in consideration of the premises, and in further consideration of the sum of One Dollar to me in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, I, as the Trustee, do hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto the present owner or owners of said real estate and unto the heirs, successors and assigns of said owner or owners forever, all the right, title and interest which I, as such Trustee, have in and to only the following portion of the property, set forth and described in the aforesaid Deed of Trust to wit: That part of the North Half of the Northwest Quarter lying South of Old Military Road in Section Twenty -six, Township Ten North, Range Twelve West, Hall County, Nebraska. To Have And To Hold The Same, Together with all and singular the privileges and appurtenances thereunto belonging forever. And further, that, as to the above described property only, the said Trust Deed is to be considered as fully and absolutely released, cancelled and forever discharged.
