<br /> executed on April 16, 1998, by SONDRA R. FRY, an unmamed person, Trustor, in favor
<br /> of NORTH AMERICAN MORTGAGE COMPANY, Beneficiary, and SANDRA M.
<br /> KOENIG, Trustee under said Deed of Trust recorded in the Office of the Register of
<br /> Deeds of Hall County,Nebraska, and filed on October 30, 1997, as Document 97-109104
<br /> of the records of Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust was assigned by the original
<br /> Beneficiary, NORTH AMERICAN MORTGAGE COMPANY, to CONTI MORTGAGE
<br /> CORPORATION, by virtue of an Assignment of Deed of Trust dated November 4, 1997,
<br /> and filed for record on February 2, 1998, as Document No. 98-100830 of the records of
<br /> Hall County, Nebraska. Donald J. Pavelka, Jr., has been appointed as Trustee, replacing
<br /> Sandra M. Koenig, by virtue of a Substitution of Trustee dated July 13, 1999, and filed on
<br /> July 16, 1999, as Document No. 99-107159 of the records of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br /> Said Deed of Trust conveys property legally described as follows:

<br /> THEREOF, AND ALL OF LOT FIVE (5), 1N BLOCK THREE (3), IN
<br /> UNIVERSITY PLACE, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND

<br /> Said default under the terms of the Deed of Trust has occurred by virtue of the non-
<br /> payment of the installment payments due under the Deed of Trust for March, 1999,
<br /> through September, 1999, with a total current amount due and owing of$3,311.84. In
<br /> addition, Trustor is hereby liable to the Trustee, Donald J. Pavelka, Jr., for all fees and
<br /> costs associated with this default and recoverable pursuant to Nebraska statute § 76-1012.
<br /> By virtue of said default, Trustee, Donald J. Pavelka, Jr., has determined to sell «�r
<br /> cause to be sold the trust property to satisfy the obligation referred to above.
