Williams and Jeanne S. Williams, husband <br />and wife, herein called the grantor whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable consideration <br />received from grantees: do hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Daniel L. DeNeui and Angela A.
