<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Rudolf F Plate and Jeannice
<br />Plate, Husband and Wife, and Tim C Plate, a Single Individual, to UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, Trustee for the benefit of

<br />County has been paid and Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
