Box 82408 Lincoln, Nebraska 68501 Attention: Trust Department As Trustee under that Trust Indenture and Security Agreement, dated as of April 1, 2004 (the "Indenture "), executed by Central Community College Facilities Corporation, under which you serve as Trustee, you are hereby directed to disburse and make payment from the Distance Learning Project Construction and Acquisition Fund established under Section 1 of Article VI of said Indenture the following amounts to the persons or firms indicated: PAYEE AMOUNT REASON FOR PAYMENT Attached to this Requisition are copies of invoices in the case of payments to parties other than the contractor for services or materials. In the case of payments to any general contractor with respect to the Project there is attached hereto an architect's certificate for payment. This requisition has been approved on behalf of the Board of Governors of Central Community College Area by the College Area President. Payments made to Central Community College Area for reimbursement shall be accompanied by a contractor's or vendor's acknowledgment as required under the terms of the Contract. Capitalized terms used herein shall have the meaning provided for in the Indenture.
