<br /> WHEREAS,the undersigned, Five Points Bank,a Nebraska Co r poration, as Trustee,under the \�
<br /> Deed of Trust dated Apri17, 1995, and executed by Donna R. Guyette, an unremarried widow, in which
<br /> Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee,which was recorded as
<br /> Document#95-102278 in the Register of Deed's office in Hall County,Nebraska,recorded on April 13,
<br /> 1995, in the Register of Deeds office of Hall County,Nebraska, and,
<br /> WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee,has received from Five Points Bank,
<br /> as Beneficiary,written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust and Extension of
<br /> Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br /> Lot Eleven(11),Capital Heights Sixth Subdivision, City of Grand Island, Hall County,Nebraska
<br /> said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br /> NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br /> the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey,without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br /> entitled thereto,the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
