� 99 1U910 � . <br /> CRANE VALLEY SUBDNISION, the Subdivider hereby consents and agrees with the City of <br /> Grand Island, Nebraska, that it will install or provide at its expense the following improvements: <br /> 1. Paving. The Subdivider agrees to waive the right to object to the creation of <br /> any paving or repaving district for Faidley Avenue, Diers Avenue and Concord Avenue where they <br /> abut the subdivision. The Subdivider agrees to construct and pave Diers Avenue and Concord <br /> Avenue in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the City's Director of Public Works, <br /> and subject to the City's inspection. The Subdivider also agrees to construct and pave Faidley <br /> Avenue to the westerly limits of Lot 1, Block 2, in accordance with the plans and specifications <br /> approved by the City's Director of Public Works, and subject to the City's inspection. At the time <br /> Block A is developed or replatted, the Subdivider agrees to the creation of a paving district to <br /> construct and pave the balance of Faidley Avenue extending west from Lot 1, Block 2 to the <br /> southwest corner of Block A; and to be assessed for fifty percent (50%) of the costs involved in the <br /> paving district according to standard practice in the City of Grand Island. <br /> 2. Temporary Turnaround. The Subdivider agrees to construct a temporary <br /> cul-de-sac easement, having a diameter of one hundred (100.0) feet, on that portion of Block A <br /> immediately north of Concord Avenue. The Subdivider shall construct this temporary cul-de-sac <br /> with a five(5.0)inch layer of asphalt surfacing or an eight(8.0)inch layer of milled recycled asphalt, <br /> over regular compaction to the satisfaction of the Director of Public Works. <br /> 3. Water. Public water is available to the subdivision, and the Subdivider <br /> agrees to extend, connect and provide water service to all lots in the subdivision in accordance with <br /> plans and specifications approved by the Director of Public Works, and subject to the City's <br /> inspection. <br /> - 4 - <br /> f <br />
