<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by: (�
<br />DANIEL J NITZEL, A SINGLE PERSON
<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated
<br />DECEMBER 21, 2001 and recorded DECEMBER 27, 2001 in the Office of the HALL COUNTY
<br />REGISTER OF DEED'S OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, as DOCUMENT
<br />#0200113424, has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the beneficiary
<br />named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey
<br />to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through
<br />said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:

<br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA AND A TRACT OF LAND BEING A PART OF
<br />PLATTED BETA STREET VACATED BY ORDINANCE NO. 4932 OF THE CITY OF GRAND
<br />ISLAND, NEBRASKA, AND BEING IN DILL AND HUSTON'S ADDITION IN SAID CITY,
<br />MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: THE EAST ONE -HALF OF SAID
<br />VACATED BETA STREET ABUTTING THE WEST LINE OF BLOCK EIGHT (8), IN DILL AND
<br />HUSTON'S ADDITION FROM THE SOUTH LINE OF TENTH (10TH) STREET TO THE SOUTH
<br />LINE OF SAID DILL AND HUSTON'S ADDITION.
<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
