WHEREFORE, Defendant /Cross - Complainant C & C Millwork, Inc. prays that the Court proceed to enter an Order herein, as follows: 1. For judgment against Defendant Clinton F. John, as Trustee on behalf of the Trust of Clinton W. Ordering that the lien of C & C Millwork be adjudged to be a first, prior and paramount lien upon the above - described real estate. 3. Ordering that all right, title and interest, if any, of the Plaintiff and of all of the other Defendants herein be decreed to be junior and inferior to the rights of C & C Millwork and at all times subject thereto. 4. Ordering Defendant Clinton F. John, as Successor Trustee of the Clinton W. John Revocable Living Trust, to pay to C & C Millwork the amounts so determined to be due. 5.
