<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, THAT WHEREAS, TIMOTHY �J�\

<br />"Mortgagors/Trustees " did on the 25 day of SEPTEMBEFt20 00 ,execute and deliver to
<br />BANK OF DONIPHAN a mortgage/deed of trust upon certain real estate
<br />located in HALL County, NEBRASKA , and legally described as:
<br />LOT THREE (3), BISHOP HEIGHTS SECOND SUBDIVISION, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />Conditioned for and to secure the payment of the sum shown on the NOTE, which mortgage /deed of
<br />trust was recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of HALL
<br />County on the 27 day of SEPTEMBE1$000 as Document No. 0200008005
<br />WHEREAS, Mortgagors/Trustees, for the purpose, among other things, of paying or securing
<br />certain debts, have agreed to execute and deliver a mortgage /deed of trust upon the real estate to
<br />UNITED NEBRASKA BANK
<br />conditioned for the payment of the sum of SEVENTY —SIX THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED
<br />Dollars ($ 76, 200.00 ), to be a first mortgage /deed of trust upon the premises;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BANK OF DONIPHAN in consideration of the premises and
<br />for value received, the receipt and adequacy of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby bargain,
<br />consent, promise and agree to and with Mortgagors /Trustees, their heirs and assigns, that the
<br />mortgage /deed of trust upon the premises thus to be executed by Mortgagors/Trustees to
<br />TIMOTHY R. ZELESKI
<br />BANK OF DONIPHAN , for the amount and interest above mentioned, shall at all times be a prior
<br />mortgage /deed of trust and a prior lien upon the premises to the mortgage /deed of trust of
<br />UNITED NEBRASKA BANK as above described, AS recorded as Document
<br />No. 0200008005
<br />IN WITNESS, WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Subordination of Mortgage /Deed of
<br />Trust on this 2nd day of APRIL , 20 04 .
