<br />beneficiary dated April 7, 2004 and filed tly i 1 I Co . �UUT in the Office of the
<br />Register of Deeds as Document No. 4- C� -3 %30 all of which documents cover
<br />the following described Real Estate in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Lot Four (4), Lawton Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska.
