KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />Bank, Beneficiary, under a certain Deed of Trust executed by Alvin A. Avery and Teresa K. Avery,
<br />Husband and Wife, as Trustors, of a Deed of Trust with a current principal balance of

<br />beneficiary dated April 7, 2004 and filed tly i 1 I Co . �UUT in the Office of the
<br />Register of Deeds as Document No. 4- C� -3 %30 all of which documents cover
<br />the following described Real Estate in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Lot Four (4), Lawton Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska.

<br />executed at Grand Island, Nebraska this 12TH day of April, 2004.
