<br /> 108238 filed on August 16, 1999, containing an erroneous legal
<br /> descriptian as to Tract 1'. Grantors herein disclaim any rig.ht,
<br /> title or interest in and to the 4Vest Half of Fractional Lot Two
<br /> (2) , Fractional Block Nineteen (19) , in Morrill' s Addition, and
<br /> forever release, quitclaim and convey any such claimed interest in
<br /> the property to the person or persons entitled thereto.
