<br />Mike Panowicz and Patricia Panowicz, Husband and Wife, Trustors to First State Bank as
<br />Trustee for the benefit of the Beneficiary, dated December 17, 2003, and recorded in the office
<br />of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Inst. No. 0200316183 on December 18, 2003,
<br />has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
