The City hereby grants to the Permittee a permit to connect the property at 504 N. <br /> Vine to the City's Sanitary Sewer Line located along Vine Street, in the alley between 5'�' Street <br /> and 6th Street, as shown on the attached drawing. Such connection to be made in accordance <br /> with the requirements of the Director of Public Works, and shall be inspected and approved by <br /> the City Plumbing Inspector. <br /> 2. The sanitary sewer service line constructed and maintained by the Permittee shall <br /> be and remain the property of the Permittee and in no event shall the City be required to maintain <br /> the line. <br />
