DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, all sums secured by the Deed of Trust executed by TAMARA S.
<br />CARLSON, a single person, as Trustor, in which THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT, the beneficiary named therein, dated
<br />October 14, 1998 and recorded on October 16, 1998 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 98- 110138 have been fully paid, and that such Deed of
<br />Trust and the note secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned, as Trustee, for
<br />cancellation.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such payment with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby release and reconvey,
<br />without warranty, to the persons entitled thereto, namely Tamara S. Carlson, a single person, all
<br />interest and estate now held by her thereunder, to -wit:
<br />Lot Three (3), Block One (1), George Loan's Subdivision, in the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at
<br />Larimer County, Colorado on May 12th , 2003.
