<br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall G.
<br />County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated December 31, 2002, executed by Hehnson LLC, a Limited o
<br />Liability Company, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is named as Beneficiary
<br />and as Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded as Instrument #200300199, at the Register of Deed's
<br />office of Hall County, Nebraska on the 8th day of January, 2003, and re- recorded February 5, 2003 in the
<br />Register of Deeds office as Instrument #200301424, and
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deeds of Trust, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to -wit:
<br />Lots Five (5), Six (6), Seven (7), Eight (8), Nine (9) and Ten (10), Timberline Subdivision, an Addition to the
<br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated December 31, 2002, recorded as
<br />Instrument #200300199 at the Register of Deed's office of Hall County on the 8th day of January, 2003 and
<br />re- recorded February 5, 2003 in the Register of Deeds office as Instrument #200301424, shall remain in full
<br />force and effect as to all real estate not herein reconveyed.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, this 13th day of April, 2004.
