<br />reconveys to ALFRED F. TUREK and MARY CAROL TUREK, Grantee, the following described real estate

<br />Range 12, West of the 6th P.M., exception two portions thereof previously conveyed by deeds
<br />recorded in Book 78 at page 307 and in Book 116 at page 332, both so recorded in the official
<br />deed records of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />This reconveyance is made in satisfaction of the obligation secured by the Deed of Trust recorded in the Office
<br />of the Hall GGonn:JLR�'gister of Deeds, as Document NO. 92- 105508, on June 25, 1992, pursuant to Nebraska
<br />Revised StAtiites Section. 7�t1014.
<br />Grantor executes this` ingtruinent as Trustee and is not to be held liable in its individual capacity in anyway by
<br />reason of this instrument.,"
