<br /> "Hazardous Materials,"as defined herein,and other environmerrtal matters(the"Environmental Laws"),and neither the federal govemment nor any
<br /> other govemmemal or quasi govemmernal errtiry has flled a lien on the Property,nor are there any govemmernal,judiaal or administrative actfons with
<br /> respect to ernrironmental matters pending,or to the best of the Grantor's Ia�owledge,threatened,which irnolve the Property. Neflher Grantor nw,to the
<br /> best of Grarnor's Iviowledge, any other party has used,generated,released,discharged, stored,or disposed of any Hazardous Materials as deftned

<br /> to be taken in the future. The term "Hazardous Materials" shall mean any substanoe, material, or waste which is or becomes regulated by any

<br /> materials or wastes designated as a"hazardous substance"pursuarrt to Sec[ion 311 of the Clean Water Act or listed pursuarrt to Sec[ion 307 of the
