<br />WHEREAS, part of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by
<br />B & B RENTAL PROPERTIES, INC., A NEBRASKA CORPORATION v
<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
<br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, dated APRIL 13, 1998 and recorded APRIL 14, 1998 as
<br />DOCUMENT # 98- 103402, in the office of the HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEED'S OFFICE IN
<br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed
<br />of Partial Reconveyance be executed and delivered; ALSO RELEASING AN EXTENSION AGREEMENT
<br />DATED APRIL 30, 1999 AND RECORDED MAY 17, 1999, AS DOC # 99- 105051; AN EXTENSION
<br />AGREEMENT DATED JULY 23, 2002 AND RECORDED SEPTEMBER 20, 2002 AS DOC #
<br />0200209984; A DEED OF TRUST MODIFICATION AGREEMENT DATED JULY 23, 2002 AND
<br />RECORDED SEPTEMBER 20, 2002, AS DOC # 0200209983
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary names therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant remise, release and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
<br />through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:
<br />PARCEL 3: LOT SIX (6), BLOCK SEVENTY -NINE (79), WHEELER AND BENNETT'S THIRD
<br />ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NE
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belong to such premises, it being the
<br />intent that the land hereby conveyed be discharged from said Deed of Trust and that the rest of the land
<br />described remain as heretofore.
