I am the owner of Ron's Home Improvements, and as such verify this <br />account on behalf of my company. <br />2. I provided labor and materials on property legally described as follows: <br />Lot Three (3), Block Four (4), Cunningham Subdivision, <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />3. The date that the labor and materials were last furnished to said property at <br />the request of W.C. "Dub" Baker, agent of the owner, was on or about December 23, <br />2003, and the price for these materials and services was One Hundred Eighty Dollars <br />($180.00). I have received no payment from the owner or Mr. Baker. <br />4.
