<br /> WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that all the property held by
<br /> Farmers State Bank and Trust Company of Superior, as Trustee, under said Deed of Trust be
<br /> reconveyed, without warranty,to the person or persons entitled thereto.
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the written
