WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under
<br />the Deed of Trust dated March 16, 2001, executed by Joseph G. Anderson and Kimberly M.
<br />Anderson, Husband and Wife, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, on March 20, 2001, recorded as Instrument No. 0200102196 and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points
<br />Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust
<br />above mentioned as follows:
<br />FRACTIONAL LOT TEN (10) IN FRACTIONAL BLOCK THREE (3), IN CHARLES WASMER'S
<br />ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, AND WASMER'S ANNEX TO
<br />FIRST ADDITION, AND ITS COMPLEMENT, TO -WIT: FRACTIONAL LOT TEN (10) IN FRACTIONAL
<br />BLOCK FOURTEEN (14) OF BAKER'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
