Enforcement. 200403547 <br />The owner of any lot shall have the right to enforce by any proceeding at <br />law or in equity, each and all of these Protective Covenants and <br />Restrictions against any person or persons violating or attempting to <br />violate any of these Protective Covenants and Restrictions to prevent such <br />person from so doing or to recover damages for such violations. Failure <br />by any party to enforce any Protective Covenant or Restriction shall in no <br />event be deemed to be a waiver of the right to do so at any later date. <br />2.
