<br />THAT WHEREAS, a Deed of Trust has been executed by Dale Semm and Diane Semm, trustors, to
<br />Farmers State Bank, A Branch of Bank of Clarks, f /k/a Farmers State Bank of Silver Creek, Trustee, and
<br />Farmers State Bank, A Branch of Bank of Clarks, f /k/a Farmers State Bank of Silver Creek, Beneficiary, and
<br />recorded July 7, 2003, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No.
<br />0200308584 of the mortgage records of Hall County, Nebraska, and said Beneficiary as requested in writing that
<br />this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by the endorsement below;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as
<br />Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey in the person or persons entitled therein all the
<br />interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described premises but
