DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />U.S. Bank National Association, trustee under that certain Deed of Trust dated August 12, 1999, and filed August 17,
<br />1999, as Instrument Number 99- 108299, in Book na, Page na, of the Mortgage records of Hall County, Nebraska naming
<br />Hoos Insurance Agency Ins. as Trustor, U.S. Bank National Association as Beneficiary, and U.S. Bank National
<br />Association as original Trustee in consideration of performance in full by said Trustor of all obligations imposed by said
<br />Deed of Trust and the note secured thereby, does hereby reconvey to said Trustor the following described real estate, to
<br />wit:
<br />SEE ATTACHED EXHIBIT A
<br />hereby canceling and satisfying said Deed of Trust.
<br />Such reconveyance is given subject to all existing liens, encumbrances, covenants and restrictions not imposed upon said
<br />property by the undersigned, and is made for the sole and only purpose of satisfying of record the aforesaid Deed of
<br />Trust.
