200403534 PRESENT DURABLE AND GENERAL POWER OF ATTORNEY I RICHARD KLUNA, a domiciliary of Hall County, Nebraska, Principal, desiring and intending to establish a present durable and general power of attorney to remain effective throughout the potential event of disability and intending the authority and power hereby conferred to be or become exercisable without regard to subsequent disability or incapacity, does hereby appoint, constitute, and designate LEONA KLUNA, a domiciliary of Grand Island, HallCounty, Nebraska, AGENT, together with any delegate, substitute, or successor, the lawful and true agent and attorney -in -fact for Principal, commencing at once and continuing throughout the duration and without regard to the existence of any disability of Principal hereafter begun, generally to execute, deliver, or otherwise give legal effect to any document, instrument, or other paper, to acquire transfer, or otherwise deal with personal and real property or any interest therein wherever located in Nebraska or elsewhere, to make any decision and omit or take any action without restriction except as herein expressly limited and stated as Principal might do in oerson while not under disability and otherwise to exercise all authority and power hereby conferred or created henceforth and without regard to the commencement or the continuation and existence hereafter of any disability of Principal; and Principal does hereby further provide and stipulate in connection therewith as follows: 1. DURABILITY: By this instrument, Principal creates and establishes a durable and general power of attorney upon the following principles: a. Legal Sources: The authority and power within the scope of this instrument derive their validity from and compromise and constitute a durable power of attorney under the provisions and within the meaning of Sections 20 -2664 through 2672, Reissue Revised statutes of Nebraska, 1943, as amended, and all other applicable provisions of the Nebraska Uniform Durable Power of Attorney Act, as amended, and the Nebraska Probate Code, as amended; and the short form expressions herein used have the respective meanings thereto ascribed by and are respectively subject to application, construction, enforcement, and interpretation as prescribed under the provisions of Sections 49 -1501 through 1561, Reissue Revised Statutes of Nebraska, 1943, as amended, and all other applicable provisions of the Nebraska Short Form Act.
