CORPORATION WARRANTY DEED <br />GNR Development Corp. of Hastings, Nebraska, a Nebraska Corporation, by and through its President, <br />Grantor, and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Nebraska in consideration of Eighteen J <br />Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty and no/100, ($18,950.00), received from Steven A. Manolidis and Linda L. <br />Manolidis, husband and wife as joint tenants not tenants in common, hereinafter collectively called "Grantee ", <br />convey to Grantee, the following described Real Estate (as defined in Nebraska Rev.
