<br />deeded to the State of Nebraska by deed recorded in Book 85, at Page 10; subject to
<br />the right -of -way of the Grand Island and Wyoming Central Railroad Company.
<br />which was recorded as Document No 79- 003758 on June 15, 1979 in the Register of
<br />Deeds Office, Hall County, Nebraska.
