<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by a certain Amendment to

<br />Michael A. Panowicz, aka Mike Panowicz, and Patricia M. Panowicz, aka Patricia
<br />Panowicz, husband and wife,
<br />to The State Bank of Cairo, a Nebraska Banking Corporation, which was recorded in
<br />the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 91-
<br />101736, on March 29, 1991 has been paid or otherwise satisfied;
<br />THEREFORE, The State Bank of Cairo, A Nebraska Banking Corporation, does
<br />hereby release the above described Financing Statement and Security Agreement
<br />which was filed against the following described real estate:
<br />The Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of Section 22, Township 12 North, Range 11, West
<br />of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, less and excepting therefrom a certain
<br />parcel of land containing 12.098 acres, more, or less, as described in a certain
<br />plat and survey completed by Thomas L. Jordan, registered land surveyor, on
<br />June 30, 1986, and filed of record as Document # 86- 104972 on September 2,
<br />1986.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Release, at Cairo,
